Ordering Information

If you would like to mail in an order, please send us an email on the Contact Us page, to have an order form sent to you.

We mail by USPS. Note that State/Province is not designated as required, but if YOUR COUNTRY (US, AU, CA) requires State or Province in the address, you MUST include it. We ship every Monday and Thursday; orders received by Saturday will ship the following Monday.

To protect quality and viability, we do not accept returned cultures or give refunds.  If directions that we provide are followed and a culture fails to “start”, it will be replaced within one month of shipping.

If wanting to ship to Canada, we have a company that is selling our cultures.  Means quicker shipping to Canada.  Go to www.1847.ca.
