NEW CULTURE! Idaho Culture

The Idaho culture came to us from our employee.  It was a culture that was passed to her by a dear friend.  The culture had been in her family for over 100 years.  The Idaho culture is easy to work with and extremely forgiving.  It would be a wonderful culture for novice bakers.  It has a mild, not very sour taste.  Has done great in bread machines as well as ovens.  We are excited to introduce this culture to our lineup.
